Erika holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology specializing in Special Education from the University of Victoria. She also has a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Psychology and English Literature from India. With nearly two years of experience as a Behaviour Interventionist in India, Erika has worked closely with children with diverse needs. She strongly believes that every individual deserves access to learning and is strongly dedicated to removing barriers to education. Outside work, she enjoys reading fiction, particularly thrillers, and exploring new places in her free time.
