Cailey A.

Case Manager & Instructor

Master of Public Health, Bachelor of Business Administration

Cailey (she/her) searched for many years, made several career switches and moved to Spain before she finally landed in the field of education. In Spain, she worked as an Auxiliar de Conversación at a bilingual preschool / elementary school, and from the very first day in the classroom, she was hooked! She held this position for three school years. She has also worked as a private tutor for preschool through adult students for four years. Cailey taught reading, math, and writing at a learning centre for nearly a year and was an educational assistant/forest educator at a nature-based elementary school for two years.

Before becoming an educator, Cailey earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Accounting), with a minor in Music Performance, and a Master of Public Health, with a concentration on climate change policy. She also worked in business administration and accounting at several environmental and public health organizations in Canada, the United States, New Zealand, and Australia. Cailey is grateful to be part of students’ lives and continually strives to grow as an educator.
