Expanding Access to Individualized Learning Support

RISE Next Generation AI is a transformational initiative designed to expand access to high-quality, individualized learning support for learners with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, autism, and other brain-based differences.

At its core is PEAK (Personalized Education Assistance and Knowledge), a unified, AI-powered platform built specifically for neurodivergent learners.

PEAK integrates learner profiles, assessments, scheduling, instructor matching, lesson planning, communication, progress tracking, and adaptive learning tools into one seamless system.

This enables LDS to deliver research-informed, personalized support at scale, reaching tens of thousands, and ultimately 100,000+, learners, breaking down financial, geographic, and systemic barriers.

Why It Matters

One in five Canadians lives with a learning or brain-based difference. Many still face significant barriers to accessing the individualized academic and social-emotional support they need.

Despite growing awareness, access to effective support remains limited, fragmented, and often unaffordable. As a result, many learners never receive the support they need to reach their full potential.

Public systems are not currently equipped to meet the scale or complexity of this need. Without timely, individualized support, learners face increased risk of school disengagement, mental health challenges, unemployment, and social isolation.

RISE Next Generation AI addresses this gap by combining advanced AI with expert human instruction, expanding access to personalized support while preserving the human relationships and expertise that drive real outcomes.

Our learners advance by up to 1.5 grade levels on average each year, clear proof of what is possible when expert instruction, comprehensive assessment, individualized programming, and coordinated communication come together.

From 1,250+ Learners Today to 100,000+ Learners Annually

This growth is enabled by a fundamentally new delivery model, combining small-group learning, AI-enabled systems, and expert instruction. This approach enables LDS to scale significantly while preserving the individualized relationships and outcomes that define its impact.

Through RISE Next Generation AI, Learn. Develop. Succeed. is scaling its proven model across British Columbia and Canada. By thoughtfully combining human expertise with AI, we are enhancing program quality, improving efficiency, and dramatically increasing reach, while keeping the individualized care that defines our work at the centre.
