Program Structure
- Neurodivergence in the workplace
- Self-advocacy strategies
- Resume and cover letter tools and templates
- Interview preparation and practice
- Workplace expectations, etiquette, and communication
- Starting a new job successfully
- On-the-job skills: stress management, time management, and relationship-building
- Navigate the job application process
- Participate in mock interviews to build confidence
- Connect with peers to exchange ideas and insights

All materials needed for the program will be provided. You are welcome to bring a device (e.g., a laptop or tablet) that you are comfortable using.
Instructors are available to adapt activities and provide assistance based on your learning style and pace. You will have opportunities for both group and individual support.
The sessions are led by instructors experienced in career development and supporting neurodivergent youth. They provide both structured guidance and one-to-one support.
An employment portfolio is a collection of information and tools that represent your strengths, skills, and experiences. This may include a resume, skills inventory, or other materials that help you prepare for work or volunteer opportunities.
That is completely okay. Participation is flexible—you can choose the activities that feel comfortable for you. There is no pressure to be social or perform.
Each group has a maximum of six participants, which helps create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
