Participants learned practical ways to set resolutions and strategies for success in following through without the frustration and overwhelm that often come with setting resolutions. Whether you want to explore a new hobby, build sustainable habits, or prioritize rest, this workshop is a chance to start the year with self-compassion and confidence.
