At the core of Malek’s work is a belief in the transformative power of learning and its ability to expand opportunity, to provide accessible, high-quality education that supports learners in achieving meaningful academic and career outcomes. In the classroom, Malek fosters an environment where students feel respected, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their learning journey.

With a bachelor’s degree in education and professional experience across primary, secondary, and post-secondary settings in the UK, Malek has supported learners with diverse learning profiles, including students who have experienced disengagement from mainstream education.

Much of this work has taken place in alternative education settings supporting students who have been permanently excluded from school, where strong relationships, flexibility, and personalized learning were key to success. Alongside teaching, Malek has held leadership and managerial roles, coaching soccer, contributing to staff support and student wellbeing.

Through purposeful instruction and a focus on skill development, Malek is dedicated to helping learners build confidence, resilience, and the tools needed to succeed beyond the classroom.
