Master of Arts in Philosophy, Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science
Grace (she/they) is an approachable and enthusiastic instructor who is eager to make a personal connection with her students. She holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of British Columbia. Having worked with learners both formally and informally in an academic setting has taught Grace to consistently prioritize meeting students where they are, recognizing that many students arrive with diverse backgrounds, abilities, and knowledge.
Grace also has a passion for social justice, in particular queer justice, disability issues, and Indigenous reconciliation. Outside of professional work, Grace has a passion for creative writing, sci-fi films, and cosplay.
Our comprehensive learning support is personalized to meet each student’s learning goals. Get support in foundational skills – literacy and/or math and school skills – executive function, self-regulation for learning, studying, homework and coursework.
Adults with suspected or diagnosed learning differences get targeted and individualized support and intervention to help them achieve their specific learning, education, or employment goals.
