Bachelor of Arts in Communications
Gina (she/her) strongly believes in ensuring people with learning differences have access to high-quality, specialized support to build skills and confidence. Personal experience has shaped her appreciation for Learn. Develop. Succeed. and the meaningful role it plays in helping individuals navigate learning challenges and reach their potential.
With nearly 20 years of experience in philanthropy and communications, she currently serves as Associate Director, Philanthropy at St. Paul’s Foundation. In this role, she partners with donors and community leaders to support programs that address the impacts of substance use, foster healing and recovery, and advance Indigenous-led approaches to wellness.
Gina was first introduced to LDS through her time at Social Venture Partners Vancouver, where LDS was a grantee organization. She is proud to serve on the board and to contribute to the organization’s work as it expands access to high-quality, individualized learning support, seeing her role as a connector, champion, and learner alongside the team.
Outside of work, Gina loves cooking, road cycling, and spending time with her family. She is rarely happier than when she’s hiking in the mountains with her beloved dog, Roofus, who keeps her grounded and reminds her to slow down and enjoy the trail.
