George Wallace (he/him) oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Skills for Trades program, guiding learners as they explore and prepare for careers in the skilled trades. 

George has a diverse education, program design, and industrial operations background. He has taught psychology and research methods at colleges and universities in Canada and the UK and worked in technical and operational roles in the trades sector. This unique combination of experiences allows him to bridge practical skills training with inclusive, learner-centred education. 

Passionate about creating accessible and individualized learning pathways, George is committed to supporting learners of all abilities in building confidence, achieving their goals, and pursuing meaningful careers.
