David Panko

David has 35 years of experience in capital markets, specializing in equity derivatives and electronic trading. At TD Securities, David played a leadership role in expanding the global business platform as Executive Managing Director, head of Global Equity Derivatives and Prime Brokerage. David was also a member of the Alpha Exchange Board of Directors, and participated in advisory committees for the Ontario Securities Commission and Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization. David holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo specializing in Operations Research.

David is currently retired, living in both Toronto and Haliburton, Ontario. In his free time, David enjoys outdoor recreational activities with friends and family, including hiking, mountain biking and skiing.
