Chris Dion

Chris (he/him) is an experienced technology executive with a 30-year track record leading high-performing engineering organizations and building large-scale, mission-critical systems. His career spans startups, nonprofits, and major enterprises, including leading the Platform Engineering organization behind Lightstep’s global observability platform and spearheading infrastructure and cloud strategy across Cisco’s Security Business Group.

Known for his calm leadership, technical depth, and people-first approach, Chris is widely regarded as an exceptional partner, mentor, teammate and coach.
