Caitlin Woodward

Caitlin (she/her) is an experienced lawyer and tech executive with a proven ability to translate complex legal frameworks into scalable organizational practices. Caitlin has experience as General Counsel at Trulioo, a Vancouver-based late stage RegTech business, where she provided strategic advice and support to all areas of the business. Prior to Trulioo, Caitlin was Associate General Counsel at TELUS Corporation where she led the internal M&A team and advised on a wide range of strategic acquisitions and venture capital investments. Caitlin has a law degree from Stanford Law School and a BA, cum laude, from Pomona College. 

Caitlin is passionate about broadening access to support and services for neurodivergent learners and is thrilled to work with the talented Learn. Develop. Succeed. team to realize this vision. Caitlin is also a board member at BCTech, a nonprofit whose mission is to support the growth of BC-based tech companies and the local tech ecosystem. 

In her free time, Caitlin loves exploring new destinations with her husband and three daughters, and staying active with tennis, skiing and other sports and outdoor pursuits.
