Brady Fletcher is a dynamic executive known for his entrepreneurial mindset and extensive expertise in capital markets. He began his career with CGF’s Investment Banking team, where he honed his skills in developing financing, M&A, and business development strategies for growth-stage issuers. After nearly advising growth-stage companies on capital markets activities, he transitioned to the tech sector, where he spent two years developing a startup.
In 2016, Brady joined TMX Group as the Head of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). During his four-year tenure, he was instrumental in enhancing the client experience for issuers and investors while implementing strategies that drove sustainable growth within TMX’s capital formation continuum. His leadership resulted in over 580 new listings, $22.5 billion in financing activity, and the successful graduation of 65 companies from the TSXV to the TSX, which accounted for nearly half of all corporate listings on the TSX during that period.
In January 2021, Brady joined Roth Canada, Inc., the Canadian affiliate of Roth Capital Partners, a leading U.S.-based investment bank specializing in small-cap issuers. Under his guidance, Roth Canada has positioned itself as a full-service, CIRO-regulated investment bank focused on supporting Canadian growth equity companies and helping provide access to US and international markets. Since its inception, the firm has successfully completed over 70 transactions, representing approximately $2.0 billion in transaction value.
Originally from Vancouver, Brady now resides in downtown Vancouver with his wife, Liv. They are passionate outdoor enthusiasts, enjoying winter activities in the mountains and summer adventures in the Okanagan. As dog lovers, they share a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of British Columbia. He and Liv are passionate about helping set kids up for success and are excited about contributing to LDS’s significant impact. They look forward to seeing LDS grow in the local community as it offers the best educational practices and technologies to those in need.
