Brittany brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, communications, strategic partnerships, fund development, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, businesses, Indigenous communities, government partners, and Boards of Directors to strengthen organizational capacity, secure funding, and support initiatives that create meaningful community impact.
She has held senior leadership roles within the nonprofit sector, leading fund development, communications, strategic partnerships, organizational growth, and interim operational leadership. Her work has included securing and managing grants from government, foundation, and community funding sources while building collaborative partnerships that strengthen long-term organizational sustainability.
Passionate about helping organizations turn ideas into meaningful outcomes, Brittany enjoys building collaborative partnerships, translating complex information into accessible communications, and developing practical systems that help teams and communities thrive. She believes every individual has the ability to thrive and deserves the opportunity to be understood, supported, and encouraged in ways that reflect their individual needs. She’s excited to be part of a team that helps learners build confidence, discover what works for them, and achieve success in ways that reflect their own goals and strengths.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and exploring trails and the backcountry year-round. When she’s not outside, she enjoys making memories with her family, browsing local markets, attending community events, and discovering new places to explore.
