Nancy Bradshaw, PhD

Nancy Bradshaw (she/her) leads Renewal Partners and the Endswell Foundation on behalf of philanthropist Carol Newell, advancing innovative approaches to environmental and social change.

Nancy has a breadth of experience across the nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and technology sectors. She has held senior leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, founded award-winning ventures at the intersection of social and environmental innovation, and built an early career in the technology industry. She has also worked in the social and emotional learning field, partnering with elementary schools to develop school-wide and peer-support models that reduce isolation and foster belonging.

Drawn to LDS’s holistic approach to supporting children and families, Nancy brings expertise in strategy, finance, philanthropy, governance, and organizational growth.
