Program Description
This five-day, neuroaffirming program is designed to empower teens with self-advocacy skills, practical job search tools, an employment profile, and workplace readiness in a supportive environment.
How it Works
Teens work independently to build an employment portfolio, which may include a resume, skills inventory, or other self-representational tools based on their learning. Instructors are available to provide tailored assistance, adapting to each teen’s unique learning preferences and pace.
Participation is based on a mixed approach of structured and self-paced participation.
Teens are invited to come as they are and engage with the program in ways that feel comfortable to them without the expectation to be social, perform, or meet any conventional standards of engagement.
