Important Notes and Action Items

Upon Arrival and Parking

  • All parking lots at the base of Grouse Mountain are paid parking – we will not be providing parking passes
    • It is recommended that you use the Pay-By-Phone app on your smartphone for convenience. Payment is also accepted at parking machines (coin, VISA, MasterCard, and AmEx).
    • Rates:
      • 3-Hour Parking: $8
      • Full Day Parking: $10
  • We recommend you park in Lot A (closest to the base). There are 4 lots at Grouse Mountain.
  • If Lot A is full, feel free to drop off your materials first. We’ll be stationed at the West Ramp to assist.
  • There will be two LDS members with a large LDS flag at the West Ramp.
  • Check in with us at the front of the West Ramp, where you will receive your gondola pass
  • After parking in your respective lot and receiving your gondola pass, take either the:
    • Red Skyride – larger and takes you directly to the upper level of the chalet
    • Blue Grouse Gondola – smaller, faster, an alternate option
  • We recommend bringing everything you need up the summit in one trip

Wellness Passport

To encourage exploration and meaningful interactions, we’ll be providing attendees with a Wellness Passport Bingo Card.

Participants will visit booths to collect stickers, and those who complete a full card will be entered into a prize draw. We’ll provide the stickers, all you need to do is distribute them.

Feel free to make it fun: you might ask a question, share a quick activity, or invite guests to participate in something at your booth before they earn their sticker. Keep it simple and aligned with your style, this is a low-pressure, high-engagement opportunity to connect with attendees.

Considerations

We suggest bringing:

  • Signage or display materials
  • Table coverings (there will be linens provided by the venue), banners, or standees
  • Handouts, business cards, or giveaways
  • Equipment/materials (please bring extension cables if you require power)

We will be providing:

  • Tables and chairs
    • Tables are 6ft in length and slightly wider than a typical exhibitor table (~3ft)
    • Each table will have 2 chairs
  • Name tags/lanyards
  • Food and drink

Lunch and Refreshments
The lunch buffet will open at 11:00 am in the Altitudes Bistro and Timber Room. Please be sure to help yourself to food and drinks. We suggest taking turns stepping away to grab food. If you’re a solo exhibitor and need a break, let us know in advance, and we will help coordinate.

Accessibility & Inclusion
This is a sensory-considerate event. Please avoid bright flashing lights, loud audio, or strong scents unless disclosed in advance. If you have any accessibility needs, we’re happy to assist.

Support During the Event
If you need any further support during the event, several LDS team members, who can be identified by their blue lanyards, will be on-site to help. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance.
