Wen H.

Wen (she/ her) is a passionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) with over 20 years of experience working with children and supporting their learning, social, and emotional needs. She holds a BEd from China and completed her initial training in Biology working as a high-school teacher. Wen’s passion for working with children and families encouraged her to re-train as an Early Childhood educator in British Columbia. She has worked in childcare and preschool education settings for the past 15 years. In addition to working directly with children and families in the birth-to-five sector, Wen is also a sponsor teacher for ECE students currently completing their practicum, guiding them in their learning and professional development.
