Seema holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Special Education, and a counselling diploma from Mumbai, India. Her extensive experience spans over a decade in special education and counselling, with a focus on supporting children with special needs and individuals facing mental health challenges. A deep commitment to holistic well-being and inclusive support drew her to LDS, where she now brings her diverse expertise as a remedial instructor. Seema’s career also includes teaching undergraduate courses on childcare development and mental health, underscoring her dedication to education.
In addition, Seema is a certified yoga instructor. She has completed a diploma in the field and has over two years of experience leading group and individual yoga sessions. She adapts her approach to meet the unique needs of various age groups, and her Standard First Aid training supports her commitment to safety and comprehensive wellness in her practice.
