BMLSc, BEd, BC Certified Teacher
Kendall (she/her) is a BC Certified Teacher and is excited to join the LDS summer camp team. During the school year, she works as a Teacher on Call for Sooke School District 62 in Victoria, BC. After having obtained her Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science at the University of British Columbia and then working at the BC Cancer Research Center, she left her career in science to complete her Bachelor of Education at the University of Victoria. Her passion for teaching children extends much prior to her education, with years of experience running children’s programming at different churches, volunteering at summer camps, and leading science-based outreach events in classrooms. Her experience ranges between both Victoria and Vancouver. Having close family in both locations, she considers each place to be “home.”
